R: Krakow, are you *trying* to get run over?
B: Oh, great. Like today hasn't been stressful enough.
R: (Sitting on the pavement next to him) Tell your Aunty Raynie all about it...
B: (in his typical stressed out way) Okay. OKAY! Fine. First, Angela apologized to me. Yeah. Believe that, if you can. Then, I punched Jordan Catalano...
R: You...(looks shocked)
B: Yep. Right in the nose. He went down. Bleeding. Everywhere. Angela yelled at me. Right there in the hallway, all this happened. So here I was, just pondering on how Angela hates my guts, and Jordan has already notified his thugs to catch me and beat me into an unrecognizable pulp, and then *you* came along. AND I'm missing class.(Yelling) I hate my life!
R: (Laughing hysterically)Oh, Brian, Brian, Brian. I didn't think you had it in you...
B: (Starts crying) But I don't! This is, like, obviously the stupidest thing I have ever done in my whole life. Everyone in the world is going to hate me.
R: You don't know how much I've wanted to see someone give Jordan Catalano a bloody nose. That boy is no good.
B: (sniffles) Yeah. He treats Angela like dirt...
R: And makes her think she likes it. I know. But she can't leave him. She can't. Look at all she's forgiven him for already.
B: But what can we do?
R: (looking up suddenly) Shh...
