(takes a deep breath) I guess Ill just hang along. (Jordan starts the car) Yeah. (a shot of the car leaving the parking lot) Wait! I have to go back to school! I we have English and
Jordan:
(a little frustrated, still driving) What?
Brian:
I cant come along.
Jordan:
Fine. (turning the car)
BrianVO:
Great. Just perfect you idiot! Like for once, couldnt you cut class for other reasons than stomach problems!
Brian:
NO! Dont!
Jordan:
Make up your mind will ya!
Brian:
I did yeah, lets just find that guy that
Jordan:
You sure?
Brian:
Yeah. (they keep driving, Brian gazes outside from the window)
Jordan:
Tino said hed know this place where you can like get free smokes, like this alley behind some restaurant like
Brian:
Oh. (notices the smoke which has burned a whole in his jacket) Oh my God this is like a brand new jacket!
Jordan:
Throw it out.
Brian:
What?
Jordan:
Open the window.
Brian:
Throw this jack---
Jordan:
Nah, the smoke.
Brian:
Oh okay.. (opens the window and throws the cigarette out) This is ruined. My moms gonna kill me!
Jordan:
(gives him a look)
Brian:
She (stops talking cause Jordan stops the car) Were there? (Jordan jumps off the car, Brian follows) Looks like a new restaurant, are you sure this is it?
Jordan:
Yeah
(Jordan and Brian are on the alley behind the restaurant, standing and waiting)
Brian:
see Mr Katimski gave me an A- on my last essay and when I asked him about it he just said that he had noticed a lack of originality even though the details and the perspective I
Jordan:
What?
Brian:
Well in a nutshell
Jordan:
So do you want to tutor me again?
Brian:
What? (they hear a noise)
Jordan:
Its Tino. (Graham Chase crashes the scene from the backdoor of the restaurant. Hes carrying a brown box)
Graham:
Wh Jordan? (sees Brian who looks frozen) BRIAN?
Brian:
Mr Chase
Graham:
(looks VERY puzzled) What are you doing here?
Jordan:
What are you doing here? (Brian gives him a look)
Graham:
I work here, this this is my restaurant.
Brian:
(mumbles) I should be going.
Graham:
Did you come to see me or (no one answers him) Are you waiting for something? (Jordan and Brian dont answer) Uh you wanna come in?
Brian: (at the same time) Jordan:
NO! Yeah
Graham:
Well I definately... have to go now so. (looks at them) Oh yeah. (puts the box beside the stairs and heads in. Turns around) So you want to or...
