Brian:
I well, sure.
(Jordan hands him a cigarette. Brian takes it and toys around with it)
Jordan:
You wanna light it?
Brian:
Uh-huh (Brian puts it carefully in his mouth and Jordan lights the cigarette. He breaths it in and starts to cough)
Jordan:
You alright?
Brian:
(coughing) Yeah
Jordan:
(looks at Brian thoughtfully) Youve never had a smoke?
Brian:
What, sure I have! Sure (coughs again) I just hadnt you know for a while.
Jordan:
Oh. (pause) So Im sorry man.
Brian:
Yeah -okey- for, for what?
Jordan:
You had quit and I offered you and now youre like back at it.
Brian:
Oh thats alright. (smiles and takes another try with the cigarette, coughs a little but not for long)
Jordan:
Look Brain I gotta track down Tino.
Brian:
Right so---
Jordan:
You probably have like school.
Brian:
Oh its not that Id just have some other things to do. (Jordan leans to open the door) No wait
Jordan:
What now?
Brian:
I dont know. I guess
