Jordan - don't you see? i can't explain! i tried before! i messed up that time too.
Angela touches his arm but he pulls away angrily
Jordan - i want to tell you so much, like, i want to put it right between us, i want to go back to how we were - before everything got, like, complicated - but i can't see where that was..
Angela is again stunned.
Angela VO - i've never seen this side of him before, he's, like, actually opening up to me! after all this!
Angela - it was so complicated from the start Jordan!All i remember is when you didn't want anyone to know about us, breaking up 'cos of the sex thing, the whole rayanne thing, giving me the most...heartfelt letter that i have ever read that wasn't from you and letting me believe it was from you!
Jordan stares out the door for a long time.
Jordan - is that all you remember? you don't remember this?
(he touches her cheek) or this (puts his hand around her waist) or this (gently kisses his way from her ear to her mouth)
Angela - Jordan...please...of course i remember it...how could i forget?
Jordan - does brian make you feel like this?
Angela VO - why does he have to keep bringing up brian?
angela - you know he doesn't!
Jordan shuts the door of the classroom and kisses Angela again .
Suddenly the door opens and...
