*Angela sighs as she looks at the resteraunt.*
Brian: Are you sure you wanna do this?
*Angela nods, slowly.*
Angela: *Quietly* I'm sure.
*She walks up to the kitchen and searches for her father. She spots him talking to one of the waiters.*
Angela: Daddy? *Clears throat* Dad?
*Grahamn looks up, a little surprised.*
Grahamn: Angela? Aren't you supposed to be at school?
Angela: Look, um, Brian...and Jordan...they, um...they...SAW you...I mean, not like they don't see you everyday.
AngelaVO: Oh, God. I'm rambling. I need to stop.
*Angela stops and takes a deep breath.*
Angela: Brian says he saw you kiss Hallie.
*Grahamn's eyes widen at being found out.*
Grahamn: He saw? I mean...he, uh...he thinks THAT'S what it was.
Angela: *Quietly, tears springing to her eyes* Dad, did you, or did you not kiss Hallie?
*Grahamn makes a weak attempt at reaching out to comfort her.*
Grahamn: Of course not, honey.
*Angela backs away from him, shaking her head.*
Angela: Don't lie to me Dad. Brian saw it. He wouldn't lie about something like that.
*Grahamn furrows his brow.*
Grahamn: Angela, I wouldn't-
*He begins to walk toward her, but she backs away, her lower lip trembling and tears already falling from her eyes.*
Angela: *Angry, betrayed* DON'T LIE TO ME! DON'T LIE! BRIAN'S TELLING THE TRUTH! HOW COULD YOU! *Lowers her voice* How could you do this to us? To MOM?
*Grahamn can only stare*
