Brian: uh, Angela. may I speak with you outside, for a moment. it's uh, about... uh, let's just go

Brian grabs her arm and pulls her out of the classroom. Sharon and Delia shrug their shoulders.

hallway:
Brian: Chase... what do think you're doing?

Angela: what do I think I'm doing? Krakow! I'm like, doing you a favour!

Brian: Chase. It's like, really nice of you, I mean your intent. That's really nice. but I don't...I mean...

Angela: you *don't* want to sit next to Delia?

Brian: Chase. this thing. with Delia, and me. I don't... want it to get... so...

Angela: ...public?..

Brian: ...serious...

Angela: why?

Brian: I don't know, why... exactly.

Angela: Brian. you can't just use people.

Brian: I'm not using her! I'm not! I'm not like that! I'm not!

a teacher walks by them.
teacher: shouldn't you two have class?

they walk back into the classroom. Brian slightly angry sits next to Delia. Angela takes her books and finds a spare seat.
