(ANGELA's chin trembles. SHARON looks concerned, and gives KYLE a 'go' face.)
KYLE: Uh, Sharon, I gotta like...uh....go or something.
SHARON: Fine, bye Kyle.
(Exit KYLE)
SHARON: Angela, what's happened? What's happening with you and Brian?
ANGELA: What do you mean...what have-have you heard something? About me? Has, has he said things, about me?
SHARON: (looks uncomfortable) Look Angela, I don't know. I mean, I've just, like, totally noticed a change in Brian. Like, I mean. I'm kind of getting this impression that, he likes you, and I've been hearing things, like, about some kind of letter.
ANGELA: A letter? Who told you that?
SHARON: It's just been going round. I mean. Like. Don't get this wrong, like, not everybody knows. But what's the deal here, Angela? Is something going on between two people I've, like, known since I was in diapers?
ANGELA: (wails) No. I told him that.
SHARON: Just...start from the beginning. I'm your oldest friend.
ANGELA: I...kind of ....it's just, that. I found out, that he had some kind of, thing. Or something. For me. But I had to tell him. I, I just don't feel that way.
SHARON: (agrees) You gotta be honest. It's the only way.
ANGELA: Well, yeah. Right. But now, like. We had a fight. After that. And now, (chin trembles) he's like, being Romeo or whatever, and I'm just...I'm trying to sort out things with Jordan...let alone Brian Krakow.
SHARON: I tell you what,
