Brian walks up to the Chase house just as Jordan gets in in his car and drives away. Angela is about to close the door as she sees Brian coming.
Brian: Hi
Angela: Hi
Brian: So, you're back together again.
Angela: Yeah, so?
Brian: I just tougth...
Angela: What?
Brian: Never mind. There is something I have to talk to you about...
Angela: What is it?
BrianVO: When I'm near Angela I always forget what I've decided to do.
Brian: I....Do you have... ehh... an Atlas?
Angela: An Atlas, for what?
Brian: I'm doing this thing for extra credit, alright? Do you have one or not?
Angela: Sure. Wait a minute.(she looks disapointed)
Angela walks into the house and Brian waits out on the steps.
BrianVO: It's like you have , like planned everything in your head, like every little detail, but still you can't bare say it and so it comes out completly wrong.
Angela returns and hands Brian her Atlas. Brian starts to walk away.
Brian: Well, I got what I came for so...
Angela: So?
Brian: I'll just go home and do this thing, you know, for extra credit.
Angela: I know
Angela looks sadly at him as he walks away, then she turns an cloose the door. Brian turns around and looks at the door, then at Angelas window.
BrianVO: Me and Angela has been friends, like forever, but still I can't tell her how I feel. Maby I'm afraid she'll laugh.
Cut to: Angela is sitting by her window watching Brian circeling with his bike on the street.
AngelaVO:Sometimes I miss beeing friends with Brian, the kind of friendship we had as kids. Now we can hardly talk. I think I have always knewn he liked me but still, it's hard beeing nice to him. It's like a habit.
Angela leys down on her bed.
Cut to: Chase kitchen at breakfast time. Graham isn't there.
Danielle: Where is dad?
Patty: He had to go to the restaurant early.
Danielle:(complaining) He's never home.
There is a knocn on the door, Angela gets it, it's Jordan.
Jordan: Hey. You need a ride?
