Brian:(VO)yes!say yes Brian!
Angela stared at him for a minute, and he stared at her.Then they realized what they were doing, and looked away nervously.Brian trys to sound casual.
Brian:Uh sure...why not?
Angela smiled, a bit nervous.
Angela:(VO)this is like, the weirdest thing.Do i have feelings for Brian?Brian Krakow?Is this posible?You know that cheesy thing that people say, that they have butterflys in their stomache?well i think thats what i have right now.(OL)ok just give me a minute.
She got up and left the room, heading towards the stairs.As soon as she was out of sight, Brian alowed himself a goofy grin.Then he stopped.
Brian:(VO)she said only as a friend right?so like...theres still no chance that she might...want to be more then friends is there?No.Im not even gonna let myself think that.I have to stay away from her, like, emotionaly, or something.Ill just get hurt.As usual.
He sits there with the most nervous look on his face until Angela comes back into the room.
Angela:Im just gonna leave a note for my parents, so they like know where i went.
She scribbles something on a pad of paper shes holding.
Angela:ready?
Brian nods, trying not to look nervous
They walk to the front door and Angela tapes the note to the inside of it.Just as they are stepping outside, Angela remembers that she forgot to lock the door, at the same time that Brian remembers the same thing.he spins around.
Brian: Ang...
Suddenly his face is only inches from hers...
