ANGELA looks after the departing RAYANNE, then at JORDAN.
ANGELA: What's up?
JORDAN: That kid, Brain? Never turned up for tutoring today. Or Tuesday. We've got that quiz, like, tomorrow, we hardly even started studying!
ANGELA: Did you see him?
JORDAN: (shakes head) No. I haven't seen him.
ANGELA: Well... I mean, he didn't mention anything at all?
JORDAN: No, he didn't... I mean, they are *really* gonna stick me back in rumedial, if I've been having tutoring, and I still bomb out on the quiz, they're gonna think I'm majorly stupid!
ANGELA: You're not stupid, okay, who cares what they think. (ANGELA thinks) Okay, so, the quiz is on the Odyssey right?
JORDAN: Yeah. Can you believe that book?
ANGELA: I know. It's like worse than Shakespeare.
JORDAN: Yeah.
