(ANGELA sighs, leans against the lockers.)

ANGELA: I should call Jordan...It's- I was just in a hurry, earlier? And he took it the wrong way... I dunno. I mean.. I guess I did kinda blow him off on purpose, I just- I dunno.

RICKIE: What's up?

ANGELA: I don't even know, that's the stupid thing! I mean, it's just like there's this thing... like he's trying so hard to be serious or whatever, which is good, okay, I mean...

RICKIE: Yeah?

ANGELA: But at the same time, it's just like... everything is *too* serious, y'know? Everything has to be so intense, and I-I thought I wanted that, but-

RICKIE: You don't, right?

ANGELA: (sigh) Well, I do, but at the same time, I wish things were more fun. It seems like everything is just too tense at the moment. I just wish we could do stuff and just forget about it.

RICKIE: (careful) Well, I'm definitely not telling what to do, okay-

ANGELA: No, tell me what to do! I *want* you to tell me what to do!

RICKIE: I'm not going to, okay, but maybe you'd feel better if you just... cleared the air, with Rayanne? I'm not saying that she was right, or anything, okay, she didn't tell me to say this, but maybe you'd just... feel better. That's all I'm saying.

(Beat.)

ANGELA: I think you're right. (quiet) I miss her, y'know? I mean, I miss us three together. We used to have fun. (quick laugh) Believe it or not, that's why I blew Jordan off earlier. 'Cause I was looking for Rayanne.

RICKIE: Well, I know where she is now. D'you want me to come with you to talk to her?

Beat. ANGELA considers, then says
