(INT.HALLWAY - LIBERTY HIGH)

ANGELA (VO): This is it. Now or never. Never. Would that be such a bad thing? God, I don't know. I can't deal with this now!

ANGELA: Yes. I mean, yes. We have to talk, we-we should talk, okay, but ...just not now.

JORDAN: (taken aback.) Oh, right. Well, when? I mean, you don't have to, you know, make plans or whatever, it's just...

(JORDAN seems unable to continue.)

ANGELA: Look, I just... I need to do some things, okay? And I just.. I gotta go.. to the.. bathroom, so. Okay?

JORDAN: Sure.

(ANGELA walks off. JORDAN stares after her, then exits to. CUT TO Angela. She walks toward the girl's bathroom.)

ANGELA (VO): If only, there was some way, of finding all the facts, just, like, honestly? Why can't people be honest, why do they always have to lie? (realises she just lied herself.) Oh God.

(ANGELA wearily pushes open the bathroom door.)

(INT.GIRL'S BATHROOM - LIBERTY HIGH)

(RAYANNE lounges in the window, eating a candy necklace, rummaging through her bag. RICKIE stands by the mirror, applying eyeliner.)

RAYANNE: Then what?

RICKIE: So then, right, she totally freaks out in front of the entire class, and starts screaming at him, and saying how he used her, and everyone's, like, looking at each other thinking, like, "what?", and then- (Enter ANGELA, to ANGELA.) Hey!

RAYANNE: (to ANGELA.) Hey. (to RICKIE.) Go on!

RICKIE: Uh, then basically Shindelheim tells her to shut up, and she ran out of the classroom, like, totally crying, and, uh, uh, Lydia Wainwright, you know, that girl? Ran after her. That's it.

ANGELA: Who're you talking about?
