what should i do?

Post by north_Star98 » Oct 12th 2002, 1:32 am

i emailed ross yesterday or hte day before asking for him to check up on my order cuz au hasn't charged me yet....now i think that that was a bad idea cuz i'm probably going to cancel...and if i do get charged by them i'm going to kick myself for it...

what should i do? tell them to cancel my order and hope that they dont charge me afterwards? sigh...

i'm going to wait till the 16th...but if nothing happens by then...then i'll cancel...

Don't be a glutton for punishment. Cancel your order immediately. First thing Monday morning dispute the charges by calling your credit card company. Order from Amazon (or whomever). Its done. I am now convinced that there will be no bonus disc nor lunchbox.

If I there is a bonus disc I will buy it somehow and immediately put it out on kazaa.

CANCEL! I mean, let's face it - it's not looking good is it?

I sent a money order just last week (I hadn't discovered this forum yet - obviously!). Anyway, yesterday I reported it as lost/stolen and have requested it to be cancelled - hopefully AU don't have a chance to cash it in by the time it all goes through.

Good luck!

Look at it this way. Even if you have to eat the $20, you still save $50+ by ordering through Amazon. You're still ahead of the game by $30. And perhaps AU will refund your money. Call your bank also, tell them you were defrauded.
