Another frustrated Customer

I have been involved since the very beginning, since signing the petition to get the fricking DVDs made. I am mostly frustrated because my wife loves the MSCL series and she relates to them. She will sit there and watch the show and go from laughter to tears in an instant and something that can make that kind of impact on a person is worth being dragged through the mud. I initially ordered them with the hopes they would be here by her birthday (which the initial release was set long before that date). As you all know many dates have come and gone. Oh well I guess I just wanted to get my two sense into all of this, and to make everyone feel better here is one of the orginal emails I got from Another Universe...
