Yup. I replied to other threads I saw and then saw your new question. I was actually trying to answer yours at the end. And the site wouldn't let me post. Then it wouldn't load.
hollis27 wrote:Question and answer period with WHO? For all I know, it could be a question and answer period between you and people from this board. As I stated earlier, I'm not going to search through and UNOFFICIAL message board to get answers about a product I PAID for. Any questions I have, I expect to be answered when I ask them, by somebody who works for AU. That, my friend, is what I paid for.
The museum of TV and Radio does specials where they invite the cast of a show to a screening of an episode and then they do a question and answer period afterwards. MSCL is one of the shows they've done this with and we'll be including it on the DVD. This will be the only time its been out since it aired. (and I'm not sure it aired or if it was just a live recording and stored away.)

As "unofficial" as this board is, everyone want it to be the "official" place for answers and announcements. And that's one of the reasons I've been coming here almost daily now.

No, I just couldn't answer it when you first posted it (site wasn't loading for me) and then I was off working the rest of the day.
I can confirm that the site has been intermittently unavailable for me all day. Sure is a bad time for F.R.E.D. to pop up, but whaddya gunna do? :?

Go back and read through this thread, Ross. You posted in THIS thread, twice, AFTER I posted the second question. I'm aware that the site was having issues, and that was AFTER you replied to the two posts.

I'm sure everyone does want it to be the "official" Q&A place. I guess it's a shame then, that not everyone who ordered this product knows it exists.

We've been telling people by phone, e-mail and on our site to check here for updates.

I just didn't answer your post at the time you posted it. I was trying to answer it when the site went down, and the next time I came here and was able to post, I did answer it. Including before I even looked and answered a post with my name on it. Which amazingly enough was a post asking why I hadn't answered the post I came back specifically to answer.

Thank you very much for the info, Ross. :)

i'm really excited to hear about the MTR footage, i've been to one of those sessions for another TV show, and it was really interesting. Was this while the show was still on the air? Were they able to get the entire ensemble to do that together? Sounds awesome.
I bet you can actually die of embarrassment. I bet it's been medically proven.

How about a "I survived ordering the MSCL DVD from Another Universe.com" t-shirt?
How about you just send each of us a Thunderbirds MegaSet on DVD, and we'll call it even? :D

I think a more accurate t-shirt would read:
"I ordered a MSCL boxed set from AnotherUniverse.com and all I got was this stupid t-shirt...seriously." j/k

I'm right there with you hollis27, I wrote a post to Ross and he danced all around it, never answering a single question. All he said was before I read this post I had already replied to 3 other posts. Who cares? I don't want to know that you have answered other peoples posts I want you to answer my questions, which by the way Ross you haven't answered them completely in any post. All I know is if I treated customers like during my internship this summer I would have gotten fired on the spot. You shouldn't treat customers like this. Haven't you heard the phrase the customer is always right.

I had another idea to add to your t-shirt, on the back it should say " If your thinking about buying anything from anotheruniverse.com you might want to reconsider, read the front of my shirt and think about it"
