to ship or not to ship

ok, so it's getting a tad rediculous that they haven't shipped yet. does anyone know anything about the ship date, when are they going to ship. i've been checking this forum daily and everyday, i get a bit more frustrated because of the vagueness of information. so can anyone give me a valid ship date?!?!?!?!? :( :x :( :x :(
