UK People: If no joy from AU, report them to Watchdog

If you're in the UK and frustrated, pi**ed off and angry of your treatment by AU regarding money they have stolen from you and are refusing to refund any time this century, and want to take some further action beyond what you're already doing, I suggest reporting this to Watchdog. I've put the link in another thread, but here it is again:

If they get enough complaints they may well look into it - they have numerous amounts of times, and this AU fiasco really is beyond most things I've even seen on Watchdog!
