Lunch box, bonus disk and the f*C*EN DVD's

Why on earth are the lunch box and bonus discs being shipped at a diffrent date?

This seems very stupid as it would be much better to ship everything at the same time, imagine the future hassle this is going to cause. Will we be charged seperately for these particular items to be shipped?

What about frekin shipment charges does this come directly of your credit account without being notified? and this fucken T-shirt bullshit, I dont wont a T-shirt that was not part of the pre-order aggrement and to go charging people for this bullshit is criminal and unjust.

This whole project has turned into an farce with no one knowing what the hell is going on and no response to peoples questions, overcharges f*** ups regarding shipment and t-shirts and individuals breaking original aggrements.

How on earth do you expect to ship the pakaging and bonus disc on a diffrent date, this is like purchasing something and having tiny wee bits sent to you at diffrent times, how proffesional!!!!

AU seems to be run by a bunch of punks that dont know what they are doing people have a right to be furious, I have received no replys to emails and get the feeling I am being taken for one big fucken ride.

If you are going to offer a product to the public make sure you can offer it instead of all this bullshit, because it is apparently obvious that everyone involved in this talked the talk and cant walk the walk and these little pathetic threads on this forum go to back this factor up as people have to try and pick up bits of information and work out what the hell is going on, how organised!

if you ordered the set and if you aren't only here to make trouble, you would have gotten the last e-mail from AU that explains all this...

the T-shirt is a completely different product - only people who ordered it were charged

oh please - besides all the problems (why should I deny them, I was double charged too) and their lack of communication, everything is just fine:

+ DVDs will be shipped in the next days
+ bonus disc (which sounds great) and lunchbox are shipping later without additional shipping costs. If you'd like to wait longer for the DVDs just to get everything in one package, then I guess you are part of a minority...
+ double charges suck
+ T-shirt has nothing to do with all this

AU seems to be a little company. Yes, they made errors, their communication sucks and I guess this project as a bit more than what they normally have to handle. But obviously AU was the only company interested in this whole project. And they are trying their best (which isn't always enough), but at least there doesn't seem to be a bad intention behind the errors.

I did pre-order the boxset and I am not just around to make trouble buzzcut,

I received no communication or anything from AU and have constantly sent out emails to try and find out about diffrent factors such as my double charge, shipment etc, if i had received any communication I would not be so annoyed. If there was replys posted out people would be a lot more happy.

So go jump buzzcut.

I am concerned now - just popped in to make one of my regualr checks to see what's going on. Seems that its been quite a bit.

What really worries me is that I didn't get any kind of email from AU explaining the problem with the Lunchbox - can anyone shed some light for me.

tbibic@yahoo.com, the following is the email message that I received from Another Universe on September 6. It went directly to my yahoo Bulk Mail folder, which I rarely check. Have you checked yours? It sort of explains the problem with the lunch box.
The long wait is almost over! The "My So-Called Life" DVD's are almost done. BMG has finished authoring them and has moved them to manufacturing. They should be done in a week or so and then they will be put in transport to us. They will ship IMMEDIATLY upon arrival at our California warehouse.

If you have tried contacting us by Phone/e-mail or the customer service forum and have not gotten a response, one will be forthcoming. It has taken us awhile to catch up with all requests.

In addition, we have a number of people who have had the CC card they used to order the DVD set incur a duplicate charge for the transaction. We would like to have you good folks check your CC statements and please let us know if this has happened already. You can e-mail dvdsupport@anotheruniverse.com to tell us. Some of you have been in touch already and we thank you for that. We are processing them as quickly as we can.
