dealing with double charge?

Post by Tracy » Sep 11th 2002, 9:32 am

I know this may seem like a silly question to all of you, but who do I email to get my double charge problem dealt with? I filled out the customer service form a while ago, got a very delayed email saying it was read, but the credit has not been put back on my credit card yet. So who can I email to bother about it and get it done? Thanks.

I would contact your credit card company or bank (however you paid for the set). That seems to be the only way to get these charges taken care of. Forget about AU.
