I submitted a help ticket for being double charged nearly a week ago, and I checked the box that said notify me each time it's opened, and I've received no emails yet. Does that mean no one has even looked at my request yet? It is fairly important that I get a refund as soon as possible... =/

that would mean it was not read yet. i will have to have a talk with them, because the whole purpose of this site was for them to check it daily. they cannot do this.
