Finding AU Order number? Changing address

Hi all,

Is there a way to find out your AU order number? Couldn't you do it through that IM thing that was set up a while ago? And how did that work again?

I went back through my email and all I got from them was a confirmation email, but no order #.

I am moving and have to change my address, yet I don't have the AU order number so I can't complete the website that Jason set up.

Any ideas?

if you have a problem finding the number, just enter the other information and it will be used to identify you.

I tried that but when I hit send it said something like "We need the Order number to complete this form"

If you don't have the order number, anything will work:

Anything in that space, will allow it to submit. it may slow a response by a little bit, but not much.
