Actually, I did. And I did just now. And I am also doing the same on this message board.

I'll admit, though, that I have not been overly concerned with undercharges. To me, the overcharges must be fixed first, before charging you for the rest. Why fix an undercharge if there is a chance it can turn into an overcharge?

If you wrote to me over the last two weeks, and it was not an overcharge, or other emergency situation, it has been logged and I am working on it. My wedding has been monopolizing a lot of my time, but I jump on the emergencies.

Everyone in my queue will get a response this week. After that, I can GUARANTEE no responses for 10 days. Honeymoon.
