i'm going to email you about my order...could you please email me back! that would be great if you could! :) i emailed you about a month ago and you haven't responded back! the dvd boxed set shipping date of around mid-late aug is coming up and i dont want to be caught without a set! thanks!

Actually, I did. And I did just now. And I am also doing the same on this message board. :P

I'll admit, though, that I have not been overly concerned with undercharges. To me, the overcharges must be fixed first, before charging you for the rest. Why fix an undercharge if there is a chance it can turn into an overcharge?

If you wrote to me over the last two weeks, and it was not an overcharge, or other emergency situation, it has been logged and I am working on it. My wedding has been monopolizing a lot of my time, but I jump on the emergencies.

Everyone in my queue will get a response this week. After that, I can GUARANTEE no responses for 10 days. Honeymoon. :D

no problem...i'm def happy that i'm not overcharged! :) thanks for taking care of everything! and life out of mscl does exist for you so i hope you have fun on your honeymoon!!
