New Surveys Sent OutNew Surveys Sent OutOne went to overcharged people
the other went to cancelled people. will keep you posted. Jason
some spam blocking software might block emails. inboxes might be full, it might be taking longer than usual to get to you, but most sureveys have an open rate of about 85%, meaning that 85% are certified as received. that's not great, but as good as it gets with mass mails. don't forget, of that 15% not opening the email, some might just be deleting it without opening.
if you received the email twice, it means you reported a double bill and a cancellation. each survey is slightly different. either that or you reported a problem twice using 2 different email addresses. the software automatically removes duplicate emails, past bounces, as well as people who wish to be removed from the list. I should add that each time I send out a survey (which is now fully automated), Ross Rojek tells his idiot friends and investors that I am obsessed with ruining him. Let me tell you one thing. There is something that these preliminary survey results are demonstrating: AnotherUniverse.com is NOT obsessed with customer service, or with having the common decency to refund overcharges, or even respond to customer emails.. And this, despite their greatest efforts, cannot be blamed on me or their customers. best jason
Failing to address legitimate financial matters, such as refunding fraudulent charges or cancellations is part of doing legitimate business. Telling customers they have to wait for their money back until he suckers someone else is running a scam. It's not failing to provide customer service, it's thievery.
I hope this does ruin his business. Survey Error?Jason,
I got the overcharge survey and after adding some comments, I got an error message on the next screen. So I don't know if my response was received. I didn't want to re-do it in case that causes problems for you. So I'm just wondering if I should do it again or if you received my response? I'm not even sure if it was complete... Thanks! Whimsy0ne Re: Survey Error?i captures as you go along. it depends on how far you went thru the survey. if you were almost done, i'd say to leave it as it is.
it's not like these numbers aren't frigging scary enough already.
It seems to me that Mr. Rojek spends more time in the public eye complaining about Jason than addressing the needs of his customers. Pathetic. -g
Re: Survey Error?I find it to be more 'sad' than 'scary'. Although i guess it is scary in the sense that he isn't fighting off his new boyfriends in prison yet. rojek business 101: complaining on free message boards is dollar for dollar more cost effective than honoring your commitments.
Jason--with one of my surveys (I think it was the overcharge one) I got an error message as well after the last screen--I responded to the original e-mail, but I don't know if that goes to you or what; my email sucks and doesn't always tell me when things weren't delivered. Not that it's that important. We all know the answers: no contact from AU; stuff only gets accomplished through the intervention of third parties, like credit card companies, unless you're one of the incredibly lucky or incredibly persistent few.
May Rojek itch violently someplace embarrassing and inappropriate while in public view all the days of his life. Yeah, there's that, and there's one question that could have multiple answers (I reported the overcharge to my bank, and to law enforcement), but the survey only let you select one option. (I selected my bank, and put law enforcement in the comments). JRjr Who is onlineUsers browsing this forum: No registered users and 1 guest |
