Help me Jason?

How can I get AU to pay the bill from UPS? I got a bill for 51 dollars. That's half a set. I have already paid at least 100 dollars for this set (because double charge and less refund than charged). This is too much. And what about the bonus disc and lunch box. Will there be more charges?

I couldn't even get them to pay me for services rendered. I have no contact with them. The very thought of Ross makes me dry heave. So it looks like the best route is to sign the petition, and file complaints with every bureau you can think of.
