Help getting tracking number or Help in Montreal

Long story short I ordered the DVD in March and tried to change my address in the summer but feel that I was not able to do it. I left a few messages but have recieved no answer and more importantly no tracking number. I called UPS and they said if I had a tracking number it would be no problem. They searched by company using the names Another Universe and The ComicbookStore.com but they founf nothing. Does anybody have any ideas on what I can do to get my DVD. I am afraid that they are going to return to sender my DVD and I will never see it again.
I hope there is someone who can help me.

I also tried to change my address with AU in the summer via email and phone, then later in the fall I phoned and changed it with an actual person, and still the DVD's went out to my old address.

Once you get your tracking number, it will say which address it's going to, then call UPS back and change your address with them. I was told from when I called that it would take 24-48 hours from then to process the address change with UPS. I had read on their site (I think it was their site) that you had to wait for a first delivery attempt before you could change it, but I guess you don't.

I also heard back from AU as I was attempting to contact them, and was told that if the package is returned to them they would fix this problem by reshipping the set as soon as they receive the return but to try to change it with UPS so as to cut several days of my waiting time.

It's making me giggle as I reread that, that they are concerned about cutting several days of my "waiting time".
