I BRIEFLY SPOKE WITH ROSS ABOUT CANADIAN ORDERS
Me too. On the phone, Ross did ask me what my order number was, to give me my tracking number. But I didn't have it with me... If I had, I would have a tracking number I guess... Don't worry... I create new threads when I have a major news, and all the other thread subjects do not fit. It sure is.[/quote]
No Tracking Number for me eitherHey there,
I am in British Columbia, and I have not received any tracking number. ![]() but I did receive a strange email to my yahoo email account, which I found very weird.... I'm gonna go read more threads to see if anyone else received this email....
ARGHHHHI AM IN ONTARIO AND I DO NOT HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER!!!!
Question for MartinPierre:
I know you're in Canada, but is there any chance of finding out what UK shipping options AU is planning for the lunchbox/extra DVD My concern is that UK customers (like me) have had the more expensive express service - which means we've paid brokerage fees as well to UPS. All in with taxes we've paid $45 USD to receive it! which is half what we paid for the set in the first place. Im really worried what we might have to pay to get the next one - whenever that is. Technically we've already paid taxes for the $99 USD so how can we get free shipping?? (ie no more taxes to pay and no brokerage fees) any ideas?? ive emailed AU but they never answer direct questions. I know a $30 USD gift voucher was mentioned - what a joke could they just make sure we dont have to dish out any more cash!! I hope that AU declares the value of the lunchbox and bonus disc as low as possible - if the declared value of these items (+ shipping) is below EUR 22 / £18.00 then there will be in most cases no customs or import taxes applied (at least in the European Union AFAIK). But UPS could still charge brokerage fees. Here are informations about customs and taxes in the European Union: UK: http://www.hmce.gov.uk/index.htm , especially http://www.hmce.gov.uk/forms/notices/143.htm and http://www.hmce.gov.uk/business/importing/faqs.htm : Germany: http://zoll-d.de/faq/index.htm France: http://www.finances.gouv.fr/DGDDI/ http://www.finances.gouv.fr/DGDDI/foire4.htm All other EU countries: Try to find something on http://europa.eu.int/comm/taxation_customs/index_en.htm and http://europa.eu.int/comm/taxation_cust ... slinks.htm On the other side, if AU decides to ship these items with regular mail, it may be almost impossible to track a shipment (e.g. in case it gets lost somewhere).
