Second wave of DVD's

Hey Guys!
I am just such a grump about this but I am trying to be patient, but I want my disks! Shipping date went from the 13th, to the 15th to the 18th! Am I supposed to believe it will ship on Monday? It just sucks that so many people already have theirs and are enjoying them. I preordered in February!!!

Actually, I'm beginning to think the problem is with BMG. Amazon, etc, should have shipped by now, but nobody is reporting any shipping confirmations. I think BMG hasn't shipped any discs to anyone yet.

It's obvious that AU is not shipping the 2nd wave on 18th...
Anyone know the exact date of 2nd wave?

I phoned 'em late yesterday; their answerphone message said that the second wave of DVDs had arrived at their warehouse and that shipping of the second wave would start yesterday (Monday).

Still not got any tracking number or sign of a refund of my double charge though!

So basically, at least half the people who ordered from AU and hoped to get an "exclusive" item and get it well ahead of retail outlets are now getting it at the same time, if not later than the other retail sellers.

Amazon and everywhere else are sending them out today (19th). Most of them have priority shipping, even 1 day shipping. Lets see...AU ships them low grade ups. So even those in the 2nd wave will get them later than other retail buyers.

Think of it this way: You ordered back in March. Now you're getting it later than someone who just happens to walk into Best Buy, sees it on the shelf, and says to themselves, "Hmm, My So-Called Life. I think that used to be good, maybe I'll check it out...." That person will see them before all the 2nd wave people.

I don't think thats fair. If you haven't already, report AU to every authorities you can find.

You may not get your disks any earlier, but you'll feel better for returning some of the grief back to AU. I know I have, to every one of those sites/emails listed. Hopefully Ross will have as much fun dealing with the FBI as I have had dealing with him.

Well, will wonders never cease. I got a confirmation email from AU with a tracking # that confirms my destination about ten minutes ago. You could knock me down!

Ahhh!! I just got a shipping confirmation from AU like 2 minutes ago. I have my thing check my email every 2 minutes and it just popped up. I almost shat myself. Woohoo. Talk about relief.

Hope everyone else gets one of these emails soon so they can get their sets, it's becoming more ridiculous every day.

So I got a set now & my set from AU should be coming next week then & I told them to keep the extras. Hopefully I won't have to deal with anything that has to do with AU anymore. Though it would be a surprise to get any extras later on anyway.
