Notice about submissions to Drygrass.com

Many have emailed me about why there has been no action on requests to AnotherUniverse.com via the drygrass.com site.

AU did log into the site this week, but there are still many unread complaints. More than 30% are unprocessed. 32 of the unread requests are for cancellations. Many, many hundreds are for double bills. These are just the unprocessed ones. Mike did log in yesterday but he only read 6 complaints and logged out. About 400 other cancellations were cleared from the queue, but I don't know if they were processed or not.

I think that people should plan for the possibility that even if they cancelled an order, it still might end up being shipped. I may send emails to customers who submitted cancellations thru drygrass.com to advise them on how to handle this situation. This situation is certainly without precedent. If anybody has any suggestions, they would be appreciated.

Many customers are also complaining about not getting any response about when they can expect refunds. The official line has been that "all resources are being used to ship out the product to those with orders." Again, this is without precedent.

I ask anyone who has not already done so to please submit your requests (as a backup) through the drygrass.com site at this link: http://www.drygrass.com/mscl.

We will save a record of your request and make it available to you if you need it to prove that you had submitted a complaint.
