I seriously doubt the accounting dept. is backed up.

Thanks for the advice. :) But I can't really afford anymore long-distance calls to AU. And I doubt they'd send me anything I asked for anyway.
As indicated in this thread: http://www.mscl.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1400 AU is faxing cancellation requests rather than emailing them.

Well if you are in the U.S. and near a Kinko's they will receive faxes for you, I think, I costs money, but not too much. Hope this will help.

Given how cash strapped AU is, I doubt they can afford it. So, it could very well be your word against theirs as to wheter you received any merchandise at all
How diabolically clever!

Thanks! I didn't know about that...I wasn't going to visit the "AU's Ridiculous Responses" thread because I figured it would just make me mad, and increase my already through-the-roof stress levels. Never worried about my blood pressure before, but I'm starting to now, despite my youth..

Maybe I can get AU to fax me at work. Worth a try. I'm sorry for everyone without access to a fax machine though - which is probably most of us. And I'm sure AU is counting on that. :x

FYI for those of you who are faxless:
