IMDB carries AU's MSCL DVD announcement.

The Studio Brief for the 22nd has an announcement of AU's "exclusive" deal.

They explicitly mention the lunchbox and bonus disk, however all that is specified for the bonus disk is the interviews with the creators(Edward Zwick and Marshall Herskovitz) that were done.
They still list themselves as having exclusive rights, of course they're smart enough to make sure to say that it's the Collector's Edition that they have the rights to. At least the more public they make this deal, the less likely they would be to completely screw us over. Those of us who still have our orders anyway(which includes me).
