(cut to English class...rehearsal. it was found that Brian ended up with the role of Romeo.)

Mr. Katimsky: "More feeling! You have to put more feeling and emotion in the words. I mean, gee whiz, these kids would DIE for one another...you're acting as if he's just your neighbor."

(Angela looks up to see Brian just staring out the window.)

(Cut to end of school, Angela walking out the door. Jordan rushes up to her.)

Jordan: "So, do you think that we should, like, work on this, or whatever. Like, extra?"
Angela (not even looking at him): "What?"
Jordan: "I just mean, like, we should practice, or whatever, to get better? Like, tonight, or whatever."
Angela (stops in her tracks, and her eyes slowly move to him): "You mean you want to like, go thru lines...just us? You mean you seriously want to rehearse?"
Jordan: "Yeah. So. What's so wrong with that?"
Angela: "Nothing...it's just not a very, Jordan thing to want to do."
Jordan (obviously upset): "How would you know? Maybe I'm, like, more than you think I am."
Angela (looks away): "Apparently."

(Angela walks away, leaving Jordan confused.)

Jordan (yelling): "At least like, call or something! If you want to do that, or whatever."
