Umm..so after doing everything I have read here 3 times now, when should I expect a reply from AU.com over my double charge?

I sent an email to authorize.net, and THEY responded to me! It wasn't much, but it was a RESPONSE!

AnotherUniverse.com is ignoring me. They could care less if I buy anything from their site again. I guess thats how they stay in business where others have failed. The companies that went under just charged their customers ONCE!
