Crossing the line from frustration to anger

Post by Guest » Sep 6th 2002, 3:51 pm

I just got my bank statement in the mail and I discover that I still have not been refunded my 115 dollar double charge from back in July. The last time I called (two weeks ago), Wade told me that my name was "at the top of the list." This is so completely ridiculous. I am starting to wonder if I will ever see the 115 again. I used a debit card rather than credit... and I have concerns about calling the bank (I heard that if you did that the whole order would cancel out). Is anyone else still waiting for a refund? I guess I should count myself as lucky that I didn't get triple or quadruple charged as some people have.

You are not alone. And if you ever wondered what a telephone party line would be like with the other people on hold with a company, I present this forum as being close enough.

That's why you never get to talk to the other people waiting on hold.

That's not true about the order cancelling out because it's a debit card. I also used a debit card and disputed the overcharge with my bank. Just give them the specific date of the overcharge and THAT is the only charge they will investigate. Your order will be safe.
