Anyone else get the emails today?

Received 3 identical emails today from Another Universe. All are for the same order. Anyone else get these? Bizare thing is, I actually placed 2 orders total. One for eps. 4-19 and another for two full sets. Didn't receive emails about those though.
NOTE: I removed the order number and my name from the email.

To cut a very long story short....AU are s**t!

They have messed people around, they have over-charged, under-charged, double-charged, posted out random emails, ignored messages sent to them and have knowingly overcharged me and are refusing to pay up.

I bought the MSCL t-shirt for $19.95 and because I live in the UK they said I had to pay a whopping $40.00 for the international shipping. When the package arrived yesterday the postage paid amount on the envelope said $8.40.

When I emailed A.U over this they said that the post office must have made a mistake, and that even tough they are only getting charged $8.40 from the post office, they are still charging me the $40.00!!

and CHEATING are the best words I can use to describe the utter crap hole that is AU.

(i'm just waiting for the bed-wetting liberals to jump up and say how we must forgive and forget and that AU are doing their best....) WAKE UP! They are f***ing us over! (and just because I admit to swearing doesn't mean I am a person of no dignity, pride, or language skills....it means I am pissed off and annoyed)

I hope BMG strip AU of their rights to sell the DVD boxed set and give a decent company the chance to do it properly.

I usually jump right in to AU's defense. But I cannot. I told Peter this via email.

This is unacceptable.

Shipment for the DVD set to the UK is like $18. Why would a t-shirt cost more? When is the last time the US postal service made a typo based on weight? (although I did get a free stamp a few weeks ago).

The point on my email was, I placed these orders many months ago, during the pre-order phase. So I have no idea why these emails came today out-of-the-blue.
