Claire Danes in Home for the Holidays

Does anyone have any feedback on this 1995 movie that also features Robert Downey Jr., Anne Bancroft, Dylan McDermott and Holly Hunter? Is MSCL's Angela's part a small one here, and is it worth checking out?

The movie is slated to air Monday, 2/4, on The Movie Channel from 6:30 to 8:15 a.m. Eastern time and again from 2:30 to 4:15 p.m. Eastern time.

I saw this movie once when it first came out so I don't remember it too well. It was kind of funny and sweet, but I wouldn't go out of my way to see it again. If you were interested in watching it just for Claire, don't bother: her role in this movie is so small it's practically nonexistent.

I finally got around to watching this one and really enjoyed it. Maybe it's because my family is a bit dysfunctional, although not as out there as the family in this movie, but it still reminded me of why I am such a Grinch at holiday time.

As for Claire's role, she wasn't in the movie much, but I did like her character. It reminded me a little of MSCL's Angela, especially when she tells her mother that her boyfriend, whom she planned to have sex with while her mom was away, only had sex on the brain.

The best part about this movie was actually the attraction between Holly Hunter's and Dylan McDermott's characters. Talk about a fun romance!
