Bess Armstrong is filming a new animated children's series entitled "Betsy's Kindergarten Adventures" starring Daveigh Chase (Lilo & Stitch), Tom Bosley (Eight Is Enough), Nancy Cartwright (The Simpsons), Vicki Lewis (Newsradio), Sally Struthers (All in the Family), Cree Summer (A Different World), and Fred Willard (Best in Show). Bess Armstrong plays Betsy's mom.

The series, told from a five-year-old's perspective, is designed to solve problems related to a child's transition from the home to a school environment by making kids interested and excited about the kindergarten experience.

Created by preschool teacher and author Betsy Quinn and directed by award-winning animator Fred Crippen, Betsy's Kindergarten Adventures is an animated cartoon series targeted for kids ages 1-6. Each episode involves Betsy and her friends in adventure after adventure where they learn teamwork and valuable life lessons. Every episode will contain an academic and a behavioral lesson. The series executive producers are Charles Picerni, Dale Scales and Reed Clevenger.
