So I finally got myself a google mail account...

I have to say I am liking the gmail. I set up an account a week or so ago and I like the layout. Someone should take Kenny up on his offer, these aren't the easiest accounts to get and at this point a lot of usernames are available since it isn't open to the public fully yet.

All my invites are already used up but if I have an extras down the road I will post here with them.

My boyfriend and I both have google mail. So far I like it a lot. Anyone who is thinking of gmail should probably take kenny up on his offer because getting an invite can often take some sweet talking or wrangling.

I have had my gmail account for a few weeks now, and I like it. For anyone who can't get an invite to join, this site will hook you up. Whatever you do, don't be one of those suckers paying exorbitant amounts on ebay.

one person asked and received a gmail invitation.

everyone who get invited gets 6 invitations of their own so maybe someone else will offer an invitation to my so called lifers here

I got the invite...but I did`nt get an e-mail about invites to send to others. So do you recieve invites to give to others through e-mail, website...
I want to pass the goodness along if I can just figure it out.

After you set up your account, there will be a link for you to send invites to other people. It's not instantaenous though - give it a few days.

The link should be right under the search mail button - it does take a few days to show up

Okay I`ll wait and see. Hopefully it`ll show up. I need to give out my e-mail address cause I have`nt really gotten any mail yet.

Definitely let people know about your new email address. Since gmail is still in the beta testing phase, they really want your feedback.

Yea!!!! I got some invites! Send me an e-mail at carriemccord@gmail.com if you want an invite. I decide the same way as Kenny....If more than one person responds, the person with the best reason for wanting a gmail account wins the invitation, with the post count at mscl.com serving as a tie breaker if I can't decide.

I received MyLifeIsBrians invite to gmail (thank you). So far I haven't received any invites to give out but I've already told someone they can have an invite and they said they will also make an invitation available here. I'm not sure that I'm ever going to get any invites though. It's been almost two weeks and I still don't have any.
