A Fable

Once upon a time there lived a girl. She fell asleep thinking about Jordan Catalano and dreamed of kissing him in the boiler room every night. She dreamed she had friends like Rayanne and Rickie. And she wanted there to be a smart boy that lived down the street. She wanted to tell her oldest friend to squeeze her hand as hard as it hurt. She said “like” in every sentence, and had deep conversations in her head. But then the last episode was over, and so she cried. But then she realized that one day she would find her own Jordan Catalano, and that made her smile.
