Songs in Other Peoples Mothers

I am making a custom soundtrack for My So-Called Life for myself. I am basically just using music that was actually in the show. There are two songs in Episode 10, Other People's Mothers that I have been unable to identify. One song is in a scene where Angela and Amber are talking about how Angela can't come to Rayanne's party, and the other is when Rayanne is handing out all those flyers about her party. I would really like to know the names of these songs, if anyone knows please help me. Thanks

The two songs are Spin the Bottle by Juliana Hatfield and Fall Down by Toad the Wet Sprocket. All the music used in the series can be found in the MSCL encyclopedia.
