Dance episode---what is that song???

Okay, so you know at the end of the World Happiness Dance episode, there's a song playing that goes "Try, try to keep it all inside..."...does anybody know the name of the song and who sings it?? Thanks...oh, email answers to StaRo11@aol.com...Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The song is "Try" by Billy Pilgrim.

Hey thanks,,,,,I was just about to come on here and say I didn't know what it was but I like it! Watched that episode last night.....I just love it when Delia and Rickie get down on the dance floor!
