does amber treat rayanne like a mother should treat a daughter?

in other peoples mothers when rayanne is talking about giving the money back to her dad, amber ignores her..it doesn't seem like she actually does pay that much attention to rayanne. i mean, patty almost seems right..not to intrude, but she seems to know what's going on. although patty may not know much about angela's life, she is still there for her...and amber doesn't seem to be for rayanne.

i want to hear other peoples opinions.

You might want to read Amber: good or bad mother - a lot of people felt very strongly about Amber's treatment of Rayanne (including the interaction between them in the episode that you mentioned).

I agree with you and I think that is a good point you make saying that whatever the situation, Patty is always there for Angela.
