Genius!
--------------------------------------------- http://www.urban-hills.blogspot.com --------------------------------------------- don't know if this qualifies as found on the web since its a news story, but I found it funny and sad at the same time. just another example of america being too P.C.
http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=s ... ar_protest ![]() ![]() That is one of the funniest things I've seen ! ![]() "So this is hell. I'd never have believed it. You remember all we were told about the torture-chambers, the fire and brimstone, the "burning marl." Old wive's tales! There's no need for red-hot pokers. HELL IS - OTHER PEOPLE!"
Some great little LotR parodies:

how much of your share of global resources do you consume? My footprint is 4.7 global hectares, or whatever. And I thought I was environmentally friendly! --------------------------------------------- http://www.urban-hills.blogspot.com --------------------------------------------- That's an interesting quiz, starbug. My footprint is 9.
I feel bad now! But at least my footprint is like 15 less than the average person in the US (where I live). Um, in my room, one seam is a little off and I stare at it constantly. It's, like, destroying me.
~~Kristin~~ Here is one of my favorites, which I'm sure several of you know about already:

Ah, I'm disappointed. I thought my score would be higher. Actually, if everyone lived like me, the average human life expectancy and quality would be much higher. Advances in genetically modified food and industrial production will more than compensate for the increased consumption. Of course, privately funded space exploration will eventually make the terraforming and colonization of other planets feasible, so that's no big deal either. I'm just sayin... ![]() I have never killed a man, but I have read many obituaries with great pleasure.
