Why won't the sly Rojek post in the forum?

I cannot believe that we are all sat here with our fingers crossed hoping that companies get paid and loose ends are settled up by the appauling AU.com - this isnt something we should be hoping for - this type of thing should be happening without it even being mentioned. We have paid our money (some people have paid their money and then been defrauded of more cash!!) so why on earth has it come to this?

According to all the stall tactics by Another Universe this was supposed to be shipping on September 17th - but now we learn that the bonus disc and the lunchbox aren't even close to completion and wont be until JANUARY!!!! How on earth can he be such a blatant liar? He must have known all along that there was no chance of the sets shipping on the 17th Septemeber, he also must have known about BMG,G-whiz and Bedford Falls not being paid - yet STILL he posts lies.

I am entitled to my own opinion, and I will never buy from AU again

I sincerely hope this project comes together. I am aware that BMG have finally been paid (why did they even need to remind/pressure Ross - shouldn't he have already done it?) and its great that the sets are shipping next week, but it is almost November and this set was originally due to ship in June.

So many problems could have been avoided. After all the crap with legal issues over music and stuff, and the problems with double charges (i.e fraud) you would think that Ross and his so-called 'company' would bust a gut to get these things out asap , but they cant even be bothered to pay the relevant people.

Ross, you are a coward. Can you not even face people in a public forum? You have stolen from alot of people and the least you can do is inform people on the forum and apologise for your (verging on) criminal behaviour.

Exactly - he knows that the moment he posts a message on here, people will know he is contactable. He wants to try and stay in hiding.

'Verging on' - I felt like I had to say that to cover my back just in case this whole thing with AU has been one unfortunate mishap after another. I wasnt making light of anyone's circumstances or giving AU an excuse -
I sincerely hope that everyone who is upset complains to the internet fraud bureau - and that AU get whacked.

rojek won't post here because despite "cate's" best efforts he'll be ripped a new one, and deservedly so. forget that type of retribution- let's just dump his slimy backside on the feds doorstep.
