As of this writing, I can confirm the following FACTS:

1) BMG has still not been paid.
2) G Whiz has still not been paid.
3) If BMG is not paid in full, the discs intended for AU will go to Amazon and the other retailers before AU. You will have to wait until AU pays for the discs.

Why did you lie about paying BMG? Why didn't you pay G-Whiz? Do you have enough cash left to give out refunds? DO you have any intention of giving out refunds?
