I know alot of people have a right to be pissed off, but what i suggest we do is keep every copy of every document e-mail, letter, bank statement etc that you have to do with this DVD, the true thing is the more information you have about your transaction its more than likely the quicker your issue will be dealt with. I mean the waiting is one thing but to be charged twice or three times over is wrong. I dont blame any one person, but blame disorganisation, between probably quite a few. The truth is that when anyone whos passionate about 'My so called life' like we all are, heard about the DVD, the first thing we did was purchased it, we didnt even have to think twice even if we didnt have the money we thought it would be dealt with some how. See thats where I think Another Universe went wrong is that they weren't ready for the demand, because the probability is the people dealing with the dvd production did not know the passion we the fans have. I mean I remember the release of the DVD being media news, you know 'cancelled show gets release on DVD' with contacts for ordering it and everything and thats over here in England, so i cant imagine the coverage it got every where else. My basic point is that its worth the wait, but not the bullshit. so make sure you have your papers in check and get your money back. If you have to send them out photocopied and highlighted documents and make them pay for the postage as well, do it. Then once you get your DVD, lets be grateful that Jason was even willing to start a petition and get on BMGs backs, cause no matter how much u bitch it was Jason that got the ball rolling. Well in my humble opinion.
