I finally got the real disclaimer. We might have to cut out the artwork on the front panel to fit all of this. hehehe.

"(c) a.k.a. Productions, Inc. All rights reserved. My So Called Life title and logo are registered trademarks of a.k.a. Productions, Inc. Manufactured and distributed by BMG Special Products, a unit of BMG Music 1540 Broadway, NY, NY 10036. Artwork and design (c) 2002 BMG Special Products. The packaging for this My So Called Life box set is unique to this limited edition box set, has no retail value and may not be sold separately.

Warning: For non-commercial private exhibition in homes only. Any public performance, or other use, or copying is strictly prohibited and may subject the offender to civil liability and severe criminal penalties under federal law.

:D Have a nice day."

(Ok, so I added the last line, but it sounds so much friendlier that way!)

They forgot the hyphens. In every other copyright statement it is, correctly, "So-Called".

So this thing goes on the lunchbox, which they did not design rather than the DVD jewel case(s) which they did?

Haven't they ever heard of putting a little warning screen up at the start of each disc?
