What has worked in successfully obtaining CC Chargebacks?

I today received official notification from my MBNA Mastercard. I will quote:

"A credit for the charge of $126.95 from the Comicstore.com and all related finance charges and late fees will appear on your November statement."

I spoke to several people at the bank. My ultimate position was that I ordered a product and was told it would be shipped on 9/17/02. I further explained it never shipped (based on me not having it ). I also referenced the Attorney general complaints, etc.

If AU ships a set anyway, I will welcome my unsolicited gift.

I can not stress enough to everyone that if you are tenacious with the bank, they will help. This is small potatoes to a bank, and they want your business. Just keep speaking to those higher on the food chian until you get the answer you want.
