Whether AU chooses to ever log in to drygrass.com again, customers continue to report problems there. That is what happens when a company does not have the common decency to respond to customers' emails or phone calls. Their customers continue to seek help from a company that has severed ties with them. I was going to pull the customer service site on December 15, 2002. However, I NEVER would have imagined that it would be December and there would be so many customers without their DVDs. That's not even counting the bonus materials. However, there will be a few changes to the site: 1) I am putting my company site back up as the default page. The form will still be accessible at drygrass.com/mscl. I will include a link to the form on the front page of the company site. 2) We are adding an option to request a PDF copy of your request form. These printed copies will be processed by hand. Free of charge. 3) Whether AU responds to problems or not, the problems will be shared with authorities, banks, law enforcement. Anyway, I will try to get the next batch of surveys out by this evening. One for overcharges and one for cancellation refunds. I would also do one to see how many people have received their DVDs, but I don't have a complete list of customers. Better to survey the people who reported problems. It will be more accurate.
