Hey Guys!
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! I am just getting so pissy over this. I am SUCH a patient guy! When everyone started all the grumbling I gave these people the benefit of the doubt like nobodies business! Production ran long? OK....this project was unprecidented and super duper unique. If this had been a normal project without needing preorders, these people could take their time and we would wait and wait and wait until it was finally released; however, in this situation we have an invested interest and they need to provide what we put a deposit down on. Then more waits, double charges, etc....but I just kept thinkin eh, they're trying and God knows I make mistakes! Since they actually DO owe us something we are harrassing them non-stop, we keep gettin little bits of info and hearing it from 50 billion sources and these guys are just SUCH shmucks! So I preordered back in February and when I heard they were finally shipping I breathed my sigh of relief and just sat back to watch. Everyone got there orders and I didn't.....so I emailed to find out the status and I find out I am a part of the "second wave." I emailed back to see why. Was it as a result of ordering a 4-19 set? Having my order sent to a PO? etc......and there is NO response. I mean, I got an order status email response in abou 24 hours. Five days later and there is no response to my "what the hell is going on???" email....I guess they assumed my questions were rhetorical. I just want my stuff!!!! And my final question......What exactly has been happening in the last 10 days since they sent out the "first wave?"

Cancel and go with Amazon.....you'll probably get it faster....and you probably won't be seeing any of the so-called bonuses....I'm glad I've washed my hands clean of AU....haven't got a refund yet, but I've filed complaints with the appropriate people.....
