Responses from automated service site?Responses from automated service site?Hey everyone. I was wondering if anyone has had thier issues addressed via the automated service site. I tried using it last week, and have heard nothing back. Not even a notice that anyone had even viewed my problem. All I really wanted was to check the status of my order and notify them of an address change. I've not been double charged (which actually makes me sorta nervous about my order maybe being screwed up), and never got the snailmail confirmation letter. If anyone at AU (or Jason maybe [welcome back]) can help sooth my nerves, that would be wonderful.
Thanks. Duncan Dunn A bunch of people received responses today, but unfortunately it was not used the way Gord intended it to be used. So, if you got an email it means they opened the problem, but they did not necessarily fix it.
I told the CEO to tell his employees the proper way to use it. What they did now was to click that the problem was processed, but what they did was to transfer the problem to a spreadsheet. I don't think that this was the way to go. Jason Hey, you should call them on the phone and ask about your order.
I was having the same problem, just wanting to make sure my order was all set since I never had any wacky charges or anything bad happen to my order. I needed my e-mail changed and sent that through the customer service form but I still haven't recieved anything from them. I called them this morning to ask about my order and they said it was all set to go and was listed as all paid for(like it should've been, I just wanted to make sure). I didn't bother to ask about changing my email because it isn't a big deal as long as my order is all set, but I would recommend you calling to change your information seeing as the date is coming quicker, so you would have it all fixed.
